I'm a nervous patient but have experienced nothing but kindness and understanding from Envisage. The girls on reception are bright and cheery, always a welcoming smile. The surroundings are calm, clean and comfortable.<br>I've found visiting regularly for a number of years now has really helped my anxiety no end and of course the health if my mouth!

Tom explained each stage of the procedure and was very reassuring.Tayla his dental nurse is great support. The reception staff who are always very helpful

I rather expect a first class service. So,actually getting it is unremarkable! Truth is,I felt very comfortable with all aspects of the visit, not least that the cheerfulness matches the professionalism. Could hope that it was less expensive ,but that's an ageing "thing"!!

All staff are very polite and everything is explained in detail. Excellent communication, care in a friendly atmosphere.

Staff are always friendly and professional. Treatment options are always discussed and lots of information given to me. Surgery is always spotlessly clean and the treatment couches are comfortable.

Everybody there is obviously a top of the line professional, very friendly, attentive, understanding, take their time to get everything right, Envisage are pure quality, best dentist I've had by miles.

The receptionist was very friendly on my arrival. It was explained that due to matters beyond their control they were running a little late - this was ok with me - however the delay was only minimal but there were many apologies. Everyone I met was very friendly, efficient and professional. I am often a nervous patient but I was put completely at my ease by everyone I met. Thank you

There is one thing that I seem to meet every time and that is when paying by credit card (AMEX). For the last two years one of the card readers will not accept AMEX. The other one which looks identical will work with AMEX. I recommend updating the software on the one that does not work, or if it is a hardware issue then secure a replacement unit.

I have been visiting my Clinician for a great number of years. I am an extremely nervous patient and she understands the anxiety that I feel when I am having treatment. She always puts me at ease and explains fully the treatment required. I have every faith in her.

Everyone we had dealings with were so friendly. Olga put my 16 year olds completely at ease and explained everything to them step by step. 1st time for one and 2nd for the other (old method before which he did not enjoy!)

Tom is a really kind and compassionate clinician, he takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and explains everything he is doing. I am really nervous and he made me feel at ease.

A fabulous local service. Easy parking. Clean, bright clinic, choice of reading material in waiting room. Courteous friendly reception staff. Every body looks after you. I have mobility issues and was asked, how I was on the stairs, I was watched both ways. The room had amazing air conditioning on a very hot day, very welcoming. All in ok a very good appointment

Such a welcoming dental practice. Easy to get an appointment. I see Has for my dentistry and the lovely Olga for mouth hygiene. Both excellent, I feel I’m in good hands.
