The staff are first class. The whole team from Reception, the Dentist his nurse, the Hygienist and her nurse. They have a pleasant reassuring attitude that puts you at ease.

All dental practitioners and nurses are very friendly and competent. Rebecca explained clearly what needed to be done. She is very thorough.The problem experienced at the surgery concerns parking. As it was raining everyone came in their own car, filling the available parking spaces and partly rendering it impossible to manoeuvre out of the carpark! Cars were blocking the entrance/exit. Car share programme perhaps?

It always feels like that every stage is being done thoroughly with no skimping on the time taken. I understand that my dentist is leaving and I will have to evaluate the replacement dentist to decide if I will be continuing at the practice.
