My experience was excellent, all the reception team were polite and friendly, the higenist that I seen was absolutely amazing Stephanie explained everything in detail of how and what she was going to do during the appointment, I have never had any experience from any other dentist like I had at this dentist everything was outstanding I suffer with anxiety and depression and PTSD, they looked after me all the through the appointment. I have not got the words to thank all the staff for everything they have done.

Staff from the receptionists through to the dental nurse and dentist are courteous and approachable at all times. I have enormous confidence and trust in my dentist,which is a major reason for returning to the practice for treatment.

Olga and Rachel were hugely personable and professional, making what can be a fairly unpleasant experience, fly by with their warmth and wit. Envisage in Ferndown is lucky to have them both.
