Hugo was very welcoming. He explained everything he was doing and gave lots of helpful advise on teeth care with demonstrations. He listened to my concerns and explained treatment options clearly and allowed me time to make my decision.

Highly professional and very friendly. They were dealing with an emergency in the waiting as I arrived . I was very impressed with the team work , especially the receptionist who had to deal with everything. I changed to Envisage due to a bad experience at a previous dentist. Their care for patients is excellent and would not go anywhere else now and highly recommend them , especially for anyone anxious about going to the dentist/hygienist.

All members of the team are efficient & friendlyI have been very nervous of going to dentists before I joined the practice, but I know I am in good hands which makes things a lot easier. My oral health has also improved a lot since going regularly for dentist & hygiene visits.

I had an excellent experience with the dentist Hugo and his assistant Tia at Envisage in Ferndown. They did an amazing job repairing and reshaping my lower teeth, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were incredibly reassuring and professional, always making me feel at ease throughout the process. I had three sessions in total, and they kept me well informed at every stage, which really helped build my confidence and trust in their work.
