Maria's dental emergency

From entering the practice to leaving the care I received was to outstanding I can’t recommend this practice enough I had not been to the dentist since before Covid & they all made me feel really comfortable

The overall care and standards of the clinician and staff could not be faulted from appointment, treatment and conclusion … I am a very nervous patient that is always made to feel at ease and comfortable without exception = highly satisfied

Hugo and Tia are fab . Always a great experience. Very thorough and informative in what they do . Putting you at ease and explaining every step of the way . I had a filling replaced . Usually not the best of procedure to go through but they made it as comfortable as possible. My partner and I have used Envisage for years and highly recommend them .

Amanda and Lorraine are always friendly and do there utmost to accommodate with appointments to suit. Always seem pleased to see you again. Ibrahim is thorough and I totally trust the advice he gives.

Every thing was fine except for the price. Struggling to pay.

The reception staff, my dentist and the hygienist were all so lovely. I was thrilled with the new Airflow GBT which has transformed my feelings about visiting the hygienist.

It was an emergency appointment and every effort was made to fit me in as an emergency patient.

Lady at reception was really lovely, said my appointment was slightly delayed and asked me if I wanted some water or drink, Sarah my dentist always very good and puts me at ease as I’m very scared

Today I had a long appointment with Tom Rowland and I would like to say what a pleasant and friendly dentist he is. He described everything he was going to do and answered my questions. I am so pleased with the result of his treatment as I can now smile again with confidence !!!

I was a new patient with an infection and the receptionist were so lovely and did what they could to get me in. Hugo, the dentist was so kind. He explained the entire procedure and was compassionate and efficient. I am so glad moved to this practice, I can’t thank them enough.

All members of staff were friendly and professional. The dentist understood my worries and after a through examination, was able to set my mind at rest.

Everything , I did not like going to dentist but staff were so nice , made me feel at ease and happy with the results , thank you , Roberta Kearley x
