Maria's dental emergency

I was able to explain my discomfort with one tooth & speak about the tooth that needs attention as a piece of tooth had come away. I was given a clear way forward with 3 choices & following discussion a decision was made. I was not rushed into making a decision & was happy with how to get the most satisfactory outcome.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They were cheerful and treated you with respect. It was explained what was to happen at each step of the appointment and clear and helpful advice given.

The people who work there are great, very friendly and helpful. I have always been afraid of the dentist but with them it is not so scary. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any problems with their teeth.

I had a large lower tooth extracted which was stressful. I was then discharged to the reception desk while still shaking and found difficulty in getting my credit card out to pay. The girl at the desk was most helpful and got the card out of my wallet and I was able to pay my bill on the machine while still shaking. It would have been helpful if I had been given the opportunity to sit down and compose myself before being hurried into the payment process.
